Peoples Labour Party’s National Executive elected unopposed 

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, March 27, 2021 (PLP PR Media Inc.) — The youngest and fastest growing political party on the region, the Peoples Labour Party (PLP), held the private session of its National Convention 2021 on Friday March 26 where the entire executive, led by National Political Leader and Prime Minister Dr the Hon Timothy Harris, was elected unopposed.

  The Police have formally arrested and charged a man from District ‘B’ for the offences of Unlawful Carnal Knowledge which was committed on March 07, 2020, and Indecent Assault which was committed between December 01 and 31, 2020. He was charged on March 24, and has been remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison.

On Monday 22nd March 2021 at a ceremony in New York, H.E. Mr. Ian Liburd, Permanent Representative of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis to the United Nations, and H.E. Mr. Mohan Pieris, Permanent Representative of The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the United Nations, signed joint communiqués on behalf of their respective Governments. Ambassadors Liburd and Pieris exchanged greetings from their respective Heads of Governments and Foreign Ministers and expressed their desire of building a greater relationship.

The Civil Aviation (Amendment) Bill, 2021, which is a Bill to amend the Civil Aviation Act Cap. 8.03 was passed in the Federal Parliament on Thursday, March 25, 2021.
 
Minister of Foreign Affairs and Aviation and Mover of the Bill, the Honourable Mark Brantley, said that the amendment is in keeping with recommendations put forward by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
