The Washington woman who accused hip hop star Nelly of rape said he forced her to have sex without a condom after a boozy night of partying and kicked her off his tour bus when she refused his hush money.
Gossip website TMZ reported the new details a day after the “Hot in Herre” rapper – whose real name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr. – was arrested for rape in the second degree charge.
The accuser also said that, after she was booted from his bus, another woman threw $100 at her, according to TMZ.
Nelly’s lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, told the Daily News in a statement that the allegations were bogus and that he and a private investigator were compiling evidence to prove the accuser’s version of events were false.

“It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized,” Rosenblum said. “That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly she has one. The agenda is money, fame and notoriety.”
The Auburn Police Department in Washington arrested the 42-year-old singer Saturday morning after the woman told police that he had sexually assaulted her on his tour bus parked in a Walmart parking lot.
The accuser – a 21-year-old Seattle resident – said she met Nelly at a club while she and her friends were drinking alcohol, according to TMZ. She said she got “tipsy” and was invited to an after-party on the rapper’s bus.
TMZ reported that she said she was in a room with Nelly when he tried to have sex with her. She said when she refused, he told her to “shut up” and forced himself on her without a condom.

After the assault, she said, Nelly tried to pay her money, but she refused to take it. She said she was then kicked off the bus and had $100 tossed at her, according to TMZ.
Rosenblum said the accuser was not credible.
“She’s a person who is making a dangerous, fraudulent allegation to accomplish her own goals,” the lawyer said in his statement.
Nelly took to Twitter on Saturday night to deny the rape accusation.
