The pop star, 30, is taking Ronald Fenty to court amid allegations he’s using a name she’s already trademarked.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ.com , Rihanna claims she has the rights to use her surname Fenty on her business ventures.

She’s accusing dad Ronald of infringing on her copyright by setting up his own talent agency in 2017 and calling it Fenty Entertaintment.

In the documents, the Umbrella star claims her father and a business partner also falsely advertised themselves as her representatives.

He’s also accused of attempting to file a trademark for the name Fenty to use on a chain of boutique hotels.

The singer’s team claim they have sent numerous cease and desist letters to Ronald ordering him to stop using the trademarked name.

TMZ reports Rihanna’s lawyers are now asking a judge in the US to grant an injunction banning Ronald from using Fenty and grant her damages.
