Eastern Caribbean Forecast: High pressure along with a dry and stable atmosphere sitting over most of the Eastern Caribbean will maintain for the most a low chance of showers across Puerto Rico east to the Leeward Islands and south to the Windward Islands. Meanwhile, a weak tropical wave traversing the extreme Southern Caribbean with some moisture and instability will heighten the chances of showers and thunderstorms across Trinidad and Tobago mainly during the morning. Dry and stable air moving into the region this afternoon and tonight will reduce the chances of showers to low under mostly partly cloudy skies.
