Weather Forecast for St. Kitts & Nevis: Notwithstanding the
presence of a trough over the region, low moisture levels will continue to restrict
shower activity across the islands during the morning. Some moisture and
instability associated with a tropical wave will move into the area this afternoon
and tonight and increase the chances of showers.
Weather today: Partly cloudy with a 30 percent or low chance of showers
during the morning; and cloudy this afternoon with a 60 percent or moderate
chance of showers.
Weather tonight: Cloudy with showers and a 20 percent or slight chance of
thunderstorms.
Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Moisture and instability associated with a
tropical wave will result in cloudy to overcast skies with showers and
thunderstorms over Trinidad and Tobago. Meanwhile, dry and stable air settling
over the Windward Islands north to the Leeward Islands and west to Puerto Rico
this morning will result in partly cloudy skies with a low chance of showers. Some
moisture and instability moving into the region this afternoon and tonight will
increase the chance of showers under generally cloudy skies across the islands.
There is also a high chance of thunderstorms developing over Puerto Rico.
