Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Apart from a few lingering morning showers triggered by the passage of post Tropical Cyclone Gonzalo, generally settled conditions are expected today. Later tonight as a tropical wave approaches the island chain, unsettled weather will be seen across the Windward Islands to Trinidad. Meanwhile, the winds and in turn the seas will also begin to fall off as the pressure gradient gradually slackens following the passage of the storm. Also, across the Eastern Caribbean will be slightly hazy skies as dust from the Sahara Desert blows across the area.
