Weather tonight: Mostly fair with a 20 percent or slight chance of showers.

Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Moisture and instability associated with a tropical wave will increase the chances of showers today across Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. There is also a moderate chance of thunderstorms over and around the area. A more settled atmosphere over the islands tonight will reduce the chances of showers to moderate under partly cloudy skies. Meanwhile, some shallow moisture and remnant moisture from the tropical wave will keep the chances of showers at moderate across the Leeward Islands south to the Windward Islands during the morning. A drier and more settled atmosphere over the islands this afternoon and tonight will reduce the chances of showers to slight. The ITCZ destabilizing the atmosphere over Trinidad and Tobago will result in cloudy skies with showers and thunderstorms over the islands today and tonight.
