Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The presence of two tropical waves will
maintain unsettled conditions across the Eastern Caribbean today that could extend into tonight. Increasingly cloudy skies are expected from Puerto Rico southward to Trinidad and Tobago, as moisture and instability could also generate, at least a, moderate chance of thunderstorms with heavy downpours for most of the area.
