Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A relatively tight pressure gradient
associated with a high pressure system will result in a moderate to fresh wind flow across the central Windward Islands down to Trinidad. Due to the extra mixing of the air this could trigger a moderate chance of showers across these islands. Similar conditions are expected for the Leeward Islands down to Dominica but mainly during the overnight hours. Meanwhile, a weak low level trough could also see a moderate chance of showers developing across the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico mainly today.
