Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A dominant surface high-pressure system will be the main weather feature to affect conditions across the islands. A tight pressure gradient across the area will produce a moderate to fresh wind flow and gusty winds in showers and over open water. Shallow pockets of moisture and cloud patches are likely to move over Puerto Rico southward to Trinidad and Tobago and result in at least a moderate chance of daytime showers.
