Weather tonight: Partly cloudy with a 20 percent or a slight chance of showers.
Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Notwithstanding the presence of a mid – level trough from the Windward Islands to Trinidad, predominantly dry sinking air over the area will inhibit significant showers from developing. However, a small patch of moisture moving towards Guadeloupe and Dominica could cause them to see a bit more rainfall than the rest of the islands. Skies across these areas will be generally partly cloudy with at most, a moderate chance of showers. For the rest of the area, high pressure will dominate weather conditions with shallow moisture patches moving in on the wind-flow and could trigger brief showers today for the Leeward Islands and this afternoon into tonight for the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Skies will be partly cloudy becoming cloudy during showers for these areas.
