Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Hazardous sea conditions will prevail across the area as fresh to strong winds maintain above normal and choppy wave heights. Low level mixing along with strong winds could generate at most a moderate chance of showers today for Puerto Rico and as far south as the Windward Islands. The presence of a low level trough also increases the likelihood of shower activity for the Southern Windward Islands, Barbados as well as Trinidad and Tobago.
