Weather tonight: Partly cloudy with a 40 percent or moderate chance of showers.  Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A tight pressure gradient will continue to produce moderate to strong and sometimes gusty winds across the region over the next 24 hours. In addition, some moisture embedded in the wind flow will maintain a moderate chance of
showers under mostly cloudy skies across Puerto Rico east to the Leeward Islands. Some deeper moisture and instability in the vicinity of the Southern Caribbean will increase the chances of showers to high across the Windward Islands south to Trinidad and Tobago.
