Winds: East with speeds ranging from 18 to 26 mph with gusts to as high as 41 mph mainly over elevated terrains and over open waters.
Seas: 1.5 to 2.4 metres or 5 to 8 feet today and will further increase tonight becoming 1.8 to 2.8 meters or 6 to 9 feet. A small craft advisory remains in effect for the open waters north and east of the island.

This will cause skies to be cloudy at times and could also trigger periodic showers over and around the islands however, at most a moderate chance is anticipated. Additionally, these above normal windy conditions will also continue to generate hazardous sea conditions.
