Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A surface to low level trough will develop over the Leewards and northern Windwards during the next 24 hours. Whereas low moisture levels will restrict shower activity around these islands today, an
increase in moisture will result in an increase in the chance of showers over and around these islands overnight and early tomorrow. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light showers are also expected over Puerto Rico and British Virgin Islands due to lingering moisture. Meanwhile, a ridge over the Windwards will maintain partly cloudy skies over these islands with only light showers possible.
