Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Moisture and instability associated with a tropical wave traversing the Eastern Caribbean will enhance the chances of showers and thunderstorm activity across the region. Across Trinidad and Tobago and the Windwards, cloudy skies are expected with a very high chance of showers and a moderate chance of thunderstorms. The Leeward Islands will experience mostly cloudy skies today with a high chance of showers and partly cloudy skies tonight with a moderate chance of showers. The rest of the Eastern Caribbean from Puerto Rico east to the Virgin Islands will remain under partly cloudy skies with a moderate chance of showers.
