Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Some shallow moisture and instability preceding an approaching tropical wave will maintain a 60 percent or a moderate chance of showers under generally partly cloudy skies across Puerto Rico east to the Leeward Islands. Meanwhile, the deeper moisture and stronger instability associated with the tropical wave will be confined to the Southern Caribbean, The Windwards, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago, where cloudy to overcast skies are expected with a very high chance of showers and a moderate chance of thunderstorms.
