Weather today: Partly cloudy to cloudy with a 60 percent or
moderate chance of showers.
Weather tonight: Mostly cloudy with occasional brief showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms.


Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Moisture and instability associated with an area of disturbed weather will spread over the Windward Islands and islands further south today and tonight, generating cloudy periods with accompanying thunder-showers and gusty winds. Whereas tropical cyclone formation is growing more unlikely, residents are still urged to closely monitor the development of this system. Some of the clouds will also spread northwards over the Leewards to generate cloudy periods and occasional brief showers today and tonight. A second area of disturb weather in the mid-Atlantic Ocean is expected to move into the monitoring area later today or tomorrow, this is already showing signs of development and residents are urged to monitor the progress of this system very closely over the coming days as it approaches the island chain.


Meanwhile, a trough in the vicinity of Puerto Rico, couple local effects, will generate localize afternoon showers and thunderstorms over portions of Puerto Rico this afternoon.
