Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The axis of a fast moving tropical wave is crossing the Islands of the
Eastern Caribbean. It will continue to generate variable cloudy skies with quick passing showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms over the Leeward Islands and Islands further south during the morning hours. These conditions will reach Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands by this afternoon. Meanwhile, the chance of showers will be reduced over the Leewards and Windwards by this afternoon. However, some quick passing showers could still affect these Islands as a moderate to fresh breeze push shallow cloud patches over these Islands at times
