Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Deep moisture and instability associated with a tropical wave crossing the region will result in cloudy skies with showers across the Windward Islands south to Trinidad. There is also a high chance of
thunderstorms occurrence over the islands. Meanwhile, some shallow moisture spreading to the Leeward Islands from the south will keep the chances of showers at 50 percent or moderate under generally partly cloudy skies. On the other hand, dry air settling over the British Virgin Islands will promote a low chance of showers today and tonight.; while the combination of a mid to upper level trough along with available moisture will maintain cloudy skies with a high chance of showers and a moderate chance of thunderstorms across the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
