Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Some lingering moisture and instability from a tropical wave that has moved west of the region will maintain cloudy skies with showers and a high chance of thunderstorms across Trinidad and Tobago. Meanwhile, moisture and instability associated with the tropical wave will result in cloudy skies with a high chance of showers from Puerto Rico east to the Virgin Islands today; drier and stable air settling over the islands tonight will reduce the chances of showers to low. Some pockets of moisture traversing the Leewards south to the Windwards on the trade winds today will keep the chances of showers at 50 percent or moderate for the most; however, dry, and stable air moving into the region tonight will reduce the chances of showers to 30 percent or low.
