Eastern Caribbean Forecast:
The interaction of the ITCZ and a mid to upper level trough will enhance shower activity across the extreme Southern Caribbean where cloudy skies with showers are expected across Trinidad and Tobago. There is also a high chance of thunderstorms developing over the islands. Meanwhile, some shallow moisture lingering across the rest of the region from Puerto Rico east to the Leewards and south to the Windwards will maintain
a moderate chance of showers across the islands; however, an increase in moisture and instability associated with the presence of a mid to upper level trough will increase the chances of showers under generally cloudy skies tonight.
