Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The Inter-tropical Convergence Zone will keep conditions wet across Trinidad and to a lesser extent Tobago over the next 24 hours. Cloudy skies with moderate to heavy showers can be expected with possible thunderstorms. Elsewhere, moisture behind a tropical wave coupled with a bit of daytime heating could trigger a moderate chance of showers across the area mainly this afternoon. Then, late tonight, another tropical wave will enter the area and further increase the chance for unsettled weather conditions
