Eastern Caribbean Forecast: An active tropical wave moving through the Eastern Caribbean will generate unsettled conditions today and tonight. Instability and moisture associated with the wave could trigger cloudy periods with showers for the Virgin Islands southward to the Windward Islands. Daytime heating could trigger a moderate chance of showers across the Trinidad and Tobago, as well as Puerto Rico. However, the chances of showers could increase for Puerto Rico overnight as the tropical wave moves westward
