Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The combination of a persistent upper level trough, an approaching tropical wave and a surface trough will maintain a high chance of showers from the British Virgin Islands to the southern Leeward Islands. Elsewhere across the Eastern Caribbean, skies will be fair to partly cloudy with only a slight chance of a brief passing shower as ridging associated with a high pressure centeris the dominant feature.
