Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Instability and moisture associated with a weak shear line will move across the Leewards and British Virgin Islands resulting in a moderate chance of showers over the area. Additionally, an upper level trough in the vicinity of Puerto Rico will interact with the shear line resulting in a high chance of showers. Similar conditions are expected across Trinidad and Tobago. Meanwhile, more settled conditions are expected across the Windward Islands and Barbados as the high pressure ridge will remain the dominant feature.
