Bonus for early submission of material: 2 points

Special bonus for Winner of Chairman’s Award: 3 points

Chairman’s Award to be presented to the contestant who has met the following criteria:

• Early arrival at 95% of the Carnival related functions.

• Attended 95% Carnival related functions

• Met all deadlines re: submission of competition information

• Conducted herself appropriately at all times.

• Dressed appropriately at all carnival related events

• Considered cooperative and pleasant.

• Completed all competition segments within the stipulated time limits.
