Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A tropical wave will move across the island chain today generating unsettled conditions for the Windward Islands, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago. The rest of the area could also see unsettled conditions however, to a lesser extent as most of the moisture associated with this wave will be confined to the southern Eastern Caribbean. Skies today will be partly cloudy becoming cloudy at times during showers however, as the wave continues on its way, skies tonight will be mostly cloudy as more stable conditions will begin to set in.
