Skies over these Islands will be generally partly cloudy and hazy with a slight chance of a brief shower. By tonight, a weak tropical wave will move over these Islands and will likely cause brief cloudy spells with passing showers. Meanwhile, an upper low
just west of Puerto Rico will cause mostly cloudy skies over this island as well as the US and B.V.I.; However, shower activity will be restricted over these Islands because of relatively stable low-level atmosphere.
