Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Lingering instability along with the support from the Inter-
Tropical Convergence Zone, will cause variably cloudy skies and spotty showers over the southern
Windwards and Trinidad and Tobago. Similar conditions are likely over Puerto Rico later today.
Meanwhile, an upper-level low will be moving over the northern Windwards, Leewards and British
Virgin Islands today and tonight; however, because of the lack of low-level moisture and low level
support rainfall activity will be restricted.
