Eastern Caribbean Forecast: An upper-level low is imparting instability to the
atmosphere over the southern islands. This, along with favorable conditions in the lower levels,
will maintain variably cloudy periods with occasional showers and isolated thunderstorms over
these islands. Meanwhile, available low-level moisture embedded within a moderate to fresh
breeze will cause skies to be generally partly cloudy with brief periods of increased cloudiness and
passing showers over the Leewards and islands further west.
