Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The presence of an active tropical wave will continue to result in cloudy to overcast skies with numerous showers, thunderstorms and gusty winds across the Windward Islands, Barbados and T&T during the next 24 hours. Some of these conditions are expected to spread across the Leeward Islands and B.V.I. later tonight into tomorrow. Meanwhile, for today across the Leewards and B.V.I., skies will be partly cloudy with a moderate chance of brief passing showers as a moderate to fresh trade wind-flow continues to transport shallow low-level patches across the area during that time.
