Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A very light wind flow in association with a weak low
pressure area will prevail over the Leewards today and tonight. This, along with low moisture levels
will limit rainfall activity over these islands; however, for a brief period, afternoon heating could
ignite shallow clouds, and a few localize showers over some of these islands. Meanwhile, clouds in
associated the Tropical Storm Frankly will gradually decrease over Puerto Rico and the Virgin
Islands as the day progresses; only a few light spots of light rain are possible over these islands as
well as the Windwards and islands further south where a ridge will dominate.
