Eastern Caribbean Forecast: As Hurricane Tammy moves towards the north- northwest, strong winds and heavy rains continue over portions of the Leewards. Hurricane Warnings remain in effect for Barbuda northwards to Anguilla. Tammy is expected to move north of the Northern Leewards by this afternoon. Moisture associated with the passage of Hurricane Tammy will maintain unstable atmospheric conditions over the central Caribbean and further south. Over the next twenty-four hours, unstable conditions are expected as Hurricane Tammy slowly moves away from the area.
