Application Requirements
The ICT Policy Advisor must have:
- A Master’s degree in the field of Computer science, Information Systems, Strategic ICT Planning, ICT Project Management or Policy Development
- At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in ICT Policy development
- Certification in areas Project Management, ICT Policy Development, Risk Management or ICT Legislation
The IXP Peering Coordinator must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Information Technology, Computer science, Network engineering or equivalent related field
- At least five (5) years of experience in network maintenance and user technical support
- A+, Network +, and or similar certifications or equivalent
- At least a CCNA certification or equivalent skill set
- Fundamental knowledge of monitoring tools
The Programmer I must have:
- At least a High School Diploma or College Associates Degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in graphic design and website development using Content Management Systems such as WordPress.
- Experience in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Blender will be preferred.
