Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The presence of a frontal trough in close proximity to the area coupled with light southerly winds, daytime heating and available moisture will maintain a heightened chance of showers from the British Virgin Islands to the Leeward Islands during the next 24 hours. Some showers could be moderate to locally heavy at times. Elsewhere across the eastern Caribbean we can expect fair to partly cloudy skies with only a slight chance of a brief passing shower as a drier and more stable airmass remains across that portion of the island chain during that time.
