Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A shearline stretching across the northern portion of the eastern Caribbean will maintain periods of unsettled weather conditions across the Virgin Islands southward to the northern Windward Islands. Similar conditions are likely across Trinidad and Tobago as a result of the availability of low level moisture and instability embedded in the wind flow. Elsewhere, the Atlantic high pressure system will continue to dominate conditions. Meanwhile, Saharan dust will continue to move across the area in varying concentrations during the next 24 hours.
