Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Lingering instability and moisture associated with a trough across the northern portion of the Eastern Caribbean will maintain unsettled weather conditions from Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands over the next 24 hours. For the Leeward Islands, perturbations embedded within the wind flow coupled with pockets of low-level moisture could result in periods of passing showers. The passage of a tropical wave could result in periods of passing showers across Barbados and the Windwards Islands this evening. Similar conditions are likely across Trinidad and Tobago during the passage of the tropical wave.
