Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Both hurricane and tropical storm conditions will
affect the Southern Caribbean today and tonight as Hurricane Beryl traverses the
region. A hurricane Warning is in effect for St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines,
Grenada and Tobago; while a Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Trinidad.
Meanwhile, some moisture and instability associated with the outer and northern
bands of Beryl will heighten the chances of showers across the Leeward Islands. The
Virgin Islands west to Puerto Rico will remain relatively stable with just a low chance
of showers for the most.
