across Puerto Rico and The Virgin Islands this morning. Skies will be cloudy with
showers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, the rest of the Eastern Caribbean will see
generally partly cloudy skies and, at most, a moderate chance of occasional showers
in the wake of this wave. In addition, moderate to fresh winds will see trailing
Saharan dust move across the area with the highest amounts expected for the
northeast Caribbean.
