Weather Forecast for St. Kitts & Nevis: As the axis of a weak trough moves away from the islands, a more settled environment will return over the Leewards. Meanwhile northerly swells will cause unsafe marine conditions to beach-goers.
Weather today: Cloudy spells with a 60 percent or moderate chance of showers this morning with a decreasing chance of showers this afternoon.
Weather tonight: Partly cloudy with a 20 percent or slight chance of brief showers.
Eastern Caribbean Forecast: As the axis of a weak trough moves westwards, a more settled environment will gradually return to the Leewards, and islands further south today. Therefore, skies over the Leewards, Windwards and Barbados will be generally partly cloudy with brief passing showers possible this morning. The northern end of the trough could cause an increase in shower activity over the Virgin Islands later today. By tonight, an increase in moisture will heighten the chance of showers over the Windwards and Barbados. Meanwhile, available moisture and local effects and the inter-tropical convergence zone activity could generate localize afternoon buildups over Puerto Rico and Trinidad and Tobago respectively.
