Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Moisture and instability embedded in a moderate to fresh wind-flow coupled with a favorable upper level environment, will maintain partly cloudy to cloudy skies with at least a moderate chance of showers across the Leeward Islands southward to Trinidad and Tobago. Elsewhere across Puerto-Rico and the British Virgin Islands, shallow patches of low-level clouds will occasionally move across the Islands and conditions are likely to be mostly sunny to partly cloudy over the next 24 hours.
