Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A moderate to fresh breeze will continue to transport shallow clouds and pockets of moisture over the islands of the Eastern Caribbean. Skies, therefore, over the islands from the Virgin Islands eastwards to the Leewards and islands further south will be generally partly cloudy to sometimes cloudy with brief passing showers. Meanwhile, localize effects will combine with available moisture to generate mostly cloudy skies with localize showers over Puerto Rico today. Later tonight and into tomorrow, a deepening trough moving eastwards will further increase the likelihood of widespread precipitation over Puerto Rico.
