Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A tropical wave has now progressed west of the
island chain. For the Windward Islands, generally stable and hazy conditions are
anticipated with only a slight chance of brief passing showers generated by shallow
patches of moisture embedded within the moderate to fresh wind flow. Meanwhile,
across the Leeward Islands and territories farther west, lingering moisture and
instability trailing the tropical wave, combined with favorable upper-level support,
will maintain a heightened chance of showers over these islands at times.
