Eastern Caribbean Forecast: An active tropical wave will continue to
cause cloudy skies, showers and thunderstorms across the southern Windward
Islands, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago, mainly this morning. The weather is
likely to be most unstable across St. Vincent, Grenada and Tobago. Otherwise and
elsewhere, skies will be partly cloudy and hazy with, at most, a moderate chance
of showers.
