Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Hurricane Earl will continue to move away from the eastern Caribbean. However, associated bands will maintain unsettled weather conditions across Puerto Rico and The British Virgin Islands southward to the Windward Islands this morning. While daytime heating could trigger localized showers in the late afternoon for most of the islands in the region with the possibility of thunderstorms. By tonight, as the moisture begins to subside, the Atlantic high pressure will regain dominance across the region and more settled conditions will return.
