Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Some moisture and instability associated with a tropical wave that has moved west of the region will maintain a high chance of showers across Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands today with drier air restricting shower activity across the islands tonight. Meanwhile, a more settled and less moist atmosphere dominating the rest of the Eastern Caribbean from the Leeward Islands
south to Trinidad and Tobago will restrict shower activity for most of the forecast period. The exception is during the afternoon period today where the combination of daytime heating along with a light southeasterly wind flow could increase the chances of showers.
