Winds: Southeast at 9 to 18 mph, reaching as high as 29 mph mainly during heavier showers, as well as over open waters and in elevated areas.
Seas: Northerly swells reaching 1.8 to 2.4 metres or 6 to 8 feet. Therefore a high surf advisory remains in effect mainly for the north and eastern coastlines of the island.

Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Across the eastern Caribbean from the BVI
southwards to T&T, the combination a surface trough across the area being
enhanced by a persistent upper level trough will maintain cloudy conditions in
general with periods of showers, some of which could be moderate to heavy at times
accompanied by thunderstorms. Given that the earth is already saturated, flash flood
advisories may become necessary for some of these islands later today.
