Sitting out on a pier at the ocean’s edge, it provides a stunning view of the capital, Basseterre. For years tourists and locals alike have been coming to the Wharf to watch Chefs prepare generous portions of lobster, fresh fish and steaks on an open charcoal grill. The Fisherman’s Wharf is open Monday through Saturday for dinner from 6:o0 pm until last orders at 10:30 pm.
