The Tropical System in the Mid Atlantic has strengthened and continues to show signs of development. It may become Tropical Depression #4 or Tropical Storm Don during the course of today or tomorrow. Based on the current forward speed of this Tropical weather System ALL interest in the Leeward Islands Must be Prepared for impact of this Tropical System by Late Friday and early Saturday morning.
